This spring, MCEC will select two local High School juniors to attend the 2016 Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas Youth Tour.  Winners will be selected via an essay contest about rural electrification.  Applicants must be High School juniors and their parents/guardians must be members of Mississippi County Electric Cooperative.
