All rates for service are on file with Arkansas Public Service Commission and are available to our customers on request at our business office located at 474 East State Highway 18, Blytheville, Arkansas. The monthly rates for basic service are as follows:
RATE #1 – SINGLE PHASE SERVICE
Available to all single phase customers of the Cooperative.
$20.10 per month fixed charge plus:

Available to all three phase customers of the Cooperative not requiring service of more than 50 kilowatts of measured demand.

Available to customers located on or near Cooperative's three phase lines for all types of usage.

RATE #4 – SECURITY LIGHTING
Available to any customer to any point on the Cooperative's secondary distribution lines. For un-metered automatically controlled all night lighting service. The Cooperative will own, install, operate and maintain all lamp fixtures. Any necessary service, maintenance and lamp replacement will be furnished at Cooperative expense within 72 hours after being notified by customer

The above charges are applicable when a lamp fixture is installed on existing facilities. When additional poles are required, a charge of $50.00 per pole will be made.
RATE #6 - IRRIGATION SERVICE
Available at any point on the Cooperative's existing distribution facilities having adequate capacity and suitable voltage for delivery of service.

The minimum annual bill shall be $34.41 (Non-Control), $15.26 (Controlled) per connected horsepower. This amount is payable prior to connection for the season. The minimum monthly bill shall be $5.00 during any period that facilities are connected.
CREDITS:
The customer will receive a credit of 4.45cents/kwh for control periods of 5 hours for the period of June 1 to September 30. Said credit shall not exceed 40% of the customer's bill for 5 hour credits for the period of June 1 to September 30 before application of credit. Said credit shall be applied at the end of the period.
RATE # 11 – INDUSTRIAL POWER SERVICE
Available to qualifying industries.
The New Monthly Rate shall be the sum of the Monthly Demand Charge plus the Coincident Demand Charge plus the Energy Charge.

ENERGY ADJUSTMENT - Non-Industrial
In the event the energy portion of the rate (base energy charge, fuel and energy adder, and AECC billing for TO/RTO Rider charges) under which the Cooperative purchases power at wholesale is adjusted above or below 3.7650 cents/kWh sold, all applicable rate schedules shall be increased or decreased by an amount sufficient to compensate for changes in the energy cost adjustment.
The Energy Adjustment (Non-Industrial) is applicable to the following rate schedules: 1, 2, 3, 4, 7
ENERGY ADJUSTMENT - Industrial
If the cost per kilowatt hour (kWh) of energy to the Cooperative changes from the base cost of 26.02 mills per kWh purchased embedded in the Cooperative's rates, the Cooperative shall increase or decrease this schedule by an amount sufficient to compensate for the change. Such cost per kilowatt hour of energy shall include the per kWh charges billed to the Cooperative by its suppliers, the fuel cost adjustments billed to the Cooperative by its suppliers, and the AECC billing for TO/RTO Rider charges billed the Cooperative by its suppliers. No other costs shall be included in this adjustment.
The Energy Adjustment (lndustrial) is applicable to rate schedule 11.
COST OF DEBT ADJUSTMENT
If the embedded cost of debt to the Cooperative changes from the $588,637 embedded in the Cooperative's base rates, then the Cooperative shall increase or decrease its retail rates by an amount sufficient to compensate for the change. A factor shall be computed quarterly and applied monthly as a line item on each customer's bill. This factor shall be reported to the Commission through the "Cost of Debt Adjustment Form." The calculation of the factor shall be based on estimated kWhs for the billing quarter and a CFC-DSC coverage of 1.35. All over or under-collection shall be carried over to the next quarter's factor determination.
The Cost of Debt Adjustment is not applicable to rate schedules 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16 and 33.
