Bank Drafts:
By signing up for Automatic Bank Drafts, the billing amount will be deducted from your account automatically, on the payment due date.  No additional fees are required for this service.  To sign up, simply print THIS FORM, fill it out completely, and then return it to the office along with a voided check.  Member services will get the automatic drafts set up for you and will let you know when to expect them to begin.   

Special Note on Debit and Credit Cards:
Debit and Credit Cards are only accepted via our SmartHub Online Bill payment system. Cards are not accepted in the office.
